Terms of Use

You must be at least 18 years old, legally able to enter a contract, and permitted to use Clea under the laws that apply to you. You may not use Clea if we previously removed your account unless we give you written permission.

By creating an account, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and that you meet these requirements.

Keep your sign-in credentials secure and do not let another person use your account. You are responsible for activity on your account and for keeping your profile information current.

Tell us promptly through Support if you believe someone has accessed your account without permission.

Clea helps adults discover and arrange social plans. Hosts can post a specific night, guests can apply, and members can choose whether to match, confirm, and meet. Clea does not guarantee a match, attendance, compatibility, identity, or the conduct of another person.

Venues, reservation providers, Apple, and other third parties provide their own services under their own terms. Clea does not control those third parties.

Treat people with respect, honor consent and boundaries, and follow our Community Guidelines. You may not use Clea to harass, threaten, deceive, discriminate against, exploit, or endanger anyone; solicit money; promote commercial services; impersonate another person; or break the law.

Do not scrape the service, bypass access controls, interfere with its operation, reverse engineer it except where law permits, or use automated systems to create accounts or collect member information.

You keep ownership of the photos, profile details, messages, event details, and other content you submit. You give Clea a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, adapt, display, and share that content only as needed to operate, secure, improve, and promote the service, subject to your settings and our Privacy Policy.

You confirm that you have the rights needed to submit your content and that it does not violate another person's rights. Do not post private or sensitive information that you do not want other members to see.

You decide whether and how to interact with other members. Use good judgment, review our Safety Guide, and report concerning behavior. Clea does not perform government-ID, liveness, or criminal-background checks on every member.

Clea is not an emergency service. If you or someone else is in immediate danger, contact local emergency services first.

Clea is free and unlimited during its initial launch. There is no subscription required for launch access.

If Clea later offers optional paid features, we will show the price, billing period, renewal terms, and any trial terms before you buy. Purchases made through Apple would also be subject to Apple's payment, cancellation, and refund rules.

You may stop using Clea or request account deletion at any time. We may limit, suspend, or end access when reasonably necessary to protect members, enforce these Terms, investigate misuse, comply with law, or maintain the service.

Provisions that by their nature should continue after termination—including ownership, disclaimers, limits of liability, and responsibility for prior activity—will continue to apply.

Clea is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis to the extent permitted by law. We do not promise that the service will always be available, secure, or error-free, or that member information will always be accurate.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Clea is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for losses arising from interactions between members or services provided by third parties. Nothing in these Terms limits rights or liability that cannot legally be limited.

We may update these Terms as the service or law changes. We will post the updated version here and revise the date above. If a change materially affects your rights, we will provide additional notice when required.
