Safety concern
Use the in-app report flow for a member or message so the relevant context reaches the safety team.
View helpDelete your account
Open Clea, go to Profile, then Settings, and choose Delete account. This permanently starts the account-deletion process.
Help us help you
Include the useful details.
Tell us what happened, roughly when it happened, and which screen or plan was involved. Screenshots can help, but remove financial details, passwords, verification codes, and unrelated private information.
For a privacy access or deletion request, say “privacy request” and use the email address connected to your Clea account so we can verify you.
